This hotel offers guests 3 wonderful, top class restaurants: Main la Pomme d’Amour, Ginger Thai and Gourmet Melanzane by Goumard. The luxury continues unabated with the Aqua pool bar, Jacuzzi, Les Coquillages beach snack restaurant, Vista Bar, a fully-equipped health and fitness centre and 3,600 sq. ft. spa which includes a gym, sauna and steam room. Rooms

All rooms in the Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa are deluxe rooms with either a balcony (2nd and 3rd  floors) or a terrace (ground floor). There are 14 blocks of rooms (called Pavilions) surrounded by beautiful landscaping for that extra feeling of exclusivity. All rooms have sea views - some from the balcony and some from both the room and the balcony. Each bathroom has a separate shower, bath and hairdryer. All rooms have A/C, a ceiling fan and individual safe for your security. Also available is a choice of beautiful luxury suites (corner, Junior, Deluxe, Senior or Presidential).
